Sales Executive - Motorcycles (Harley-Davidson)

About the role

AMS Group is hiring a Sales Executive for its Harley-Davidson dealership in Dubai. You will join the Abdulla Al Masaood and Sons Motorcycles team in an on-site environment, promoting and selling Harley-Davidson motorcycles, building strong customer relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Sell new and pre-owned Harley-Davidson motorcycles to prospective customers
• Manage customer relationships and follow up promptly on enquiries
• Promote Harley-Davidson products, genuine accessories and related lifestyle items
• Support dealership marketing campaigns, events and promotions
• Complete administrative duties and all sales documentation accurately
• Organize and supervise customer test rides

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the premium automotive or motorcycle industry
• Demonstrable passion for motorcycles, especially Harley-Davidson, and comprehensive product knowledge
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships and close sales
• Self-motivated, target-driven, able to work independently and in a team
• Graduate-level education or equivalent

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office and relevant sales tools
• Valid motorcycle license
• Nice to have: additional qualifications in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration; experience representing high-end or luxury brands; fluency in multiple languages
