Sales Executive (Outdoor Sales)

About the role

The Field Sales Executive will act as the face of our e‑commerce platform, visiting retail locations to introduce merchants to our annual subscription packages and guide them through onboarding. This position demands strong communication, confidence in face‑to‑face selling, and the ability to build lasting trust with business owners.

Key responsibilities

• Visit retail shops, boutiques and commercial outlets on a daily basis.
• Present the benefits of the e‑commerce platform and explain annual subscription plans.
• Acquire new merchant subscriptions and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, visits and conversions.
• Develop long‑term relationships with merchants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold brand standards.
• Provide market feedback to improve services.
• Collaborate with the operations manager to plan weekly outreach strategies.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in outdoor or B2B sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
• Proven ability to persuade and negotiate with business owners.
• Professional appearance and confident personality.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and consistently meet targets.
