Sales Executive - Real Estate

About the role

Careers International is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join its growing real estate team in Dubai. The successful candidate will promote and sell residential and/or commercial properties, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to the company's sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling and online platforms, and conduct property tours presenting the features, advantages and benefits of each property.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed individual and team targets.
• Build and maintain client relationships, handle inquiries, complaints and concerns, and keep a database of potential and current clients.
• Stay up to date with market trends, pricing, availability and competitors, and provide clients with market insights; assist in preparing comparative market analysis reports.
• Organise and accompany clients on site visits, giving accurate details on amenities, pricing and legal aspects.
• Ensure booking forms and sales agreements are complete and accurate, and work with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and events, and promote properties through social media and email marketing.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate or a related field.
• Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
• Familiarity with the local real estate market.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
• Ability to understand and explain real estate contracts and legal documents.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
