About the role

Join Maison Chaumet in Dubai as a Sales Executive and become the face of a historic French jewellery maison. You will drive sales, nurture client relationships, and convey the brand’s 240‑year heritage to a discerning Middle‑East clientele.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome clients with a luxurious, personalized experience and guide them through the purchase journey.
  • Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while expanding the customer database.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of new and existing clients, including VIPs, by inviting them to Maison events.
  • Collaborate with visual merchandising to ensure compelling window and in‑store displays.
  • Participate in team meetings, performance reporting, and store operations such as cash handling and stock management.

Required profile

  • Fluent in English and Russian (mandatory).
  • Minimum 5‑6 years of progressive retail or sales experience, preferably in luxury jewellery.
  • Strong commercial drive, goal‑oriented mindset, and passion for the jewellery sector.
  • Excellent listening, empathy, and storytelling abilities.
