Sales Manager - HVAC & MEP, Saudi Arabia

About the role

Careers International is recruiting an experienced Sales Manager, Deputy Manager or Assistant Manager to lead sales and operations in Saudi Arabia within the HVAC and MEP contracting sector. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, proven sales results and an established network of MEP contractors and consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and expand HVAC/MEP sales across Saudi Arabia
• Develop weekly sales plans and carry out regular client field visits
• Build relationships with MEP contractors, consultants and key decision-makers
• Identify new business opportunities and close high-value projects
• Deliver technical presentations and Lunch & Learn sessions for clients
• Lead, mentor and drive targets through the sales team
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports and business development strategies

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
• 4-6 years of technical sales experience (manager or assistant manager level)
• 10+ years of experience leading a sales team (senior role)
• Valid Saudi or UAE driving licence (mandatory)
• Well-established contacts with MEP contractors and consultants in Saudi Arabia

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, MEP and technical products
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
