Team Lead Inside Sales Support GCC

About the role

Döhler, a global producer of natural ingredients and solutions for the food, beverage, lifestyle and nutrition industries, is looking for a Team Lead Inside Sales Support for the GCC region based in Dubai. The role ensures support in range planning, pricing and conditions, customer complaints, customer visits, quotations and customer master data, and implements the regional customer service strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Support range planning and the definition of prices and conditions together with Sales and Pricing
• Ensure customer complaints are handled properly and on time with Notification Management and Sales colleagues
• Organise and support internal and external customer visits in consultation with the divisions involved
• Prepare quotations quickly with Pricing, based on agreed minimum order quantities, bulk prices, extra packaging charges, payment and delivery conditions
• Implement the regional customer service strategy
• Set up and keep customer master data current
• Enter and confirm orders in the system after availability checks and order processing
• Process samples on time, considering throughput, delivery times, sample numbers and costs
• Monitor customer contracts regularly (prices, order quantities, batch sizes, packaging, payment and delivery terms) and produce regional evaluations

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• 8-10 years of experience in sales support, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decisions
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus
• Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred
