About the role
The Sales Manager will work closely with the Client Services Director to generate and qualify new business opportunities across the UAE. This role is ideal for a self‑driven professional who thrives on building pipelines and converting high‑value projects into revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, prospect and engage potential clients in target industries.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads aligned with the company’s growth strategy.
- Collaborate with the Client Services Director to craft tailored proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate and close high‑value contracts, ensuring profitability.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to refine sales tactics.
Required profile
- Proven track record in new‑business development and closing large‑scale projects.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
