Sales Manager – LED Lighting Solutions

About the role

The company is seeking a motivated Sales Manager with strong prospecting skills and a proven ability to build lasting customer relationships. You will lead the full sales cycle for LED lighting projects, from lead generation to contract closure, while supporting the organization’s growth targets in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Create a business development plan for the financial year, defining sales targets, segments, and timelines.
• Manage key accounts, develop new opportunities, and generate fresh sales leads independently.
• Build and maintain a network of consultants and designers.
• Track government, semi‑government and private tenders, obtain documents, evaluate and prepare competitive quotations.
• Handle all stages of lighting project sales: lead generation, BOQ understanding, product selection, commercial proposal, negotiation, submittals and closure.
• Visit existing and prospective customers regularly to nurture relationships and identify current and future demand.
• Conduct market and competition analysis and perform energy audits for lighting retrofit projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in LED lighting sales and technical support.
• Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Valid UAE driving licence with own vehicle.
• Immediate availability or up to 30 days notice.
• Based in Abu Dhabi.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of LED product ranges (indoor, outdoor, architectural, façade, industrial).
• Proficiency with lighting design software.
• Strong command of MS Office.
• AutoCAD competency.
• Ability to conduct energy audits for lighting retrofit projects.
