Sales Manager – Luxury Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, ambitious Sales Manager to lead our high‑performing real‑estate sales team in Dubai. The role focuses on off‑plan luxury property sales, leveraging a strong network of channel partners and high‑net‑worth individuals to achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for luxury off‑plan projects.
• Build and nurture relationships with brokers, channel partners and HNI clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic selling.
• Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to shape business strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimise lead conversion.
• Represent the company at international roadshows, property expos and client events to generate leads.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of real‑estate sales experience, preferably in the luxury segment.
• Established network of brokers, channel partners and high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of Dubai real‑estate market trends, pricing and demand drivers.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools and real‑estate sales software.
