Sales Manager MENA

About the role

Xapads Media is a media and technology partner working with brands and agencies to deliver data-driven outcomes across digital formats. As Sales Manager MENA, you will drive revenue growth and strengthen Xapads' presence in the UAE market by building relationships with agencies and advertisers, identifying new business and expanding branding-led solutions across CTV, programmatic and display. It is a hands-on role combining strategy, relationship management and direct contribution to revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth in the UAE, focusing on branding-led solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with agencies, direct brands and key decision-makers
• Identify and convert new business opportunities across agency and client ecosystems
• Present Xapads' solutions across CTV, programmatic, display and native formats
• Leverage performance capabilities (mobile and web) to expand revenue
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closure
• Work with Ad Operations, Strategy and Product teams to ensure effective campaign delivery
• Monitor market trends, competition and client needs, and keep a strong pipeline aligned with revenue targets

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital media or AdTech sales in the UAE market
• Understanding of branding solutions across CTV, programmatic, display and native formats
• Experience in performance marketing (mobile and web)
• Established relationships with agencies and advertisers in the UAE
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and build strategic partnerships
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage

• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
• Nice to have: experience with regional or global campaigns, familiarity with programmatic ecosystems and agency buying models
