About the role
Apex Avenue Realty LLC, a real estate brokerage in Dubai, is hiring an experienced Sales Manager to lead its expanding sales team. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who can inspire agents, raise performance and deliver strong sales results, with deep knowledge of the Dubai property market.
Required profile
- Mandatory Dubai real estate experience
- Proven background in sales leadership
- Experience managing a team of 6 to 10 sales agents
- Ability to lead, motivate and train a sales team
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to set and achieve sales targets
- Customer-centric mindset and strong market knowledge and deal-closing capability
