About the role
Guildhall is representing a premium beauty and wellness company and is looking for a hands-on Sales & Marketing Manager to grow its skincare and wellness portfolio across B2B, B2C and e-commerce channels.
Key responsibilities
- Develop partnerships with hotels, luxury spas, clinics, pharmacies and wellness centres.
- Deliver brand presentations, negotiate agreements and achieve sales targets.
- Drive product launches, marketing campaigns, online sales and customer retention.
- Track commercial performance and report directly to the President.
Required profile
- 5+ years of relevant beauty, skincare or wellness sales and marketing experience.
- Proven UAE experience developing B2B accounts, ideally with established hotel and spa relationships.
- Experience in consumer marketing or e-commerce.
- Excellent English; Arabic is an advantage.
