Sales Representative (UAE National Only)

About the role

Etihad Airways is seeking a UAE‑national Sales Representative to join its commercial team in Dubai. The role offers a chance to develop sales, account‑management and business‑development expertise within a leading airline, working closely with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define, agree and execute sales plans to meet assigned targets using data and insights from Sales Strategy and Planning.
• Analyse market potential, identify prospective customers and convert opportunities into revenue.
• Gather and consolidate market and competitor information to support regional business development.
• Build and maintain relationships with assigned and prospective accounts, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Communicate new products, services and promotions to accounts to drive sales.
• Research competitor and industry trends to optimise selling approaches and increase market share.
• Collaborate with global sales enablement on promotional techniques.
• Draft and coordinate contractual agreements ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
