Sales Specialist / Business Development Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Specialist / Business Development Specialist to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the United Arab Emirates. You will identify new opportunities, understand client needs, and build lasting commercial relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Research potential customers and manage leads through the sales pipeline.
• Arrange meetings, prepare presentations, proposals and support sales negotiations.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, operations and customer service teams to align solutions with client requirements.
• Monitor sales activities, maintain accurate customer records and analyse market trends.
• Gather market intelligence to contribute to business development strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management or related field.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management and business development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads, opportunities and priorities with a proactive mindset.
