Sales Specialist – Heavy Machinery Equipment

About the role

Zoomlion is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to drive the sales of heavy machinery and construction equipment in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role focuses on generating new business, managing client relationships, and supporting the full sales cycle for high‑value equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet sales targets for heavy machinery and construction equipment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing product demonstrations and on‑site visits.
• Prepare offers, quotations, and follow‑up communications to secure deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and delivery.
• Assist clients with financing options and support payment collection processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory); engineering graduates preferred.
• Relevant experience in heavy machinery sales, rental sales, or B2B equipment sales, preferably in construction or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of the UAE market and excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Current residence in the UAE, possession of a valid UAE driving licence, and preferably based in Abu Dhabi.
