Sales Specialist – Heavy Machinery (UAE)

About the role

Zoomlion is looking for a Sales Specialist to drive the growth of its heavy machinery and construction equipment portfolio across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in heavy‑machinery sales or rental and a strong understanding of the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and meet sales targets for heavy machinery and construction equipment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.
• Conduct product demonstrations and site visits to showcase equipment capabilities.
• Prepare offers, quotations and follow up with clients to close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory); engineering graduates preferred.
• Relevant experience in heavy‑machinery sales or rental sales is essential.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market and construction sector.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Currently residing in the UAE and holding a valid UAE driving licence.
