Sales Supervisor - Automotive

About the role

Careers International is recruiting a Sales Supervisor for an automotive dealership in Dubai. The role covers sales target achievement, after-sales customer support, coordination with the service centre and parts department, and oversight of showroom merchandising.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve personal and team sales targets, and prepare monthly sales reports covering retail, fleet and individual team performance.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure high-quality after-sales service.
• Supervise coordination with the Service Center and Parts Department on orders, work in progress and deliveries, and collaborate with the Sales Manager on new vehicle stock availability.
• Oversee drivers' work on vehicle registrations, cheque deposits, deliveries and collections, and perform vehicle receiving inspections when the Sales Coordinator is absent.
• Arrange vehicle demonstrations and test drives, collate daily work orders (including GTVs and PDI requests) and verify sales documentation before submission.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for the line manager.
• Oversee showroom displays, promotional setups and upkeep, and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Ensure sales activities comply with the QHSEMS and carry out other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of automotive sales experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
• Fluent English; Arabic speaking is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE automotive market, showroom operations and vehicle sales processes.
