Sales Support - VAS

About the role

Dubizzle, part of the Dubizzle Group, is hiring a Sales Support specialist for its VAS business in Dubai. The role handles VAS KPI reports, coordinates invoices with B2B vendors and covers telesales for multi-product and service offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the SOP and turnaround time (TAT) for Finance and Insurance leads
• Follow up and track payments from partner banks
• Listen to customer questions and concerns and give accurate answers
• Record details of non-Dubizzle customer contacts and actions taken
• Handle telesales for VAS products and services

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education
• Automotive, banking or sales support experience in the UAE
• Familiarity with the automotive industry
• Detail-oriented, with strong customer service attitude and professional demeanour
• Excellent verbal communication in English and Arabic
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively

Required skills

• Past experience using CRM software
• Strong automotive market knowledge
• Excellent data entry skills
