Sales Support - VAS

About the role

Dubizzle Group, which includes Bayut and Dubizzle, is hiring a Sales Support - VAS. The role handles VAS KPI reports on a daily basis, coordinates invoices with B2B vendors and handles telesales for multi-product and service offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor SOP and turnaround time (TAT) for Finance and Insurance leads
• Follow up and track payments from partner banks
• Listen to customers' questions and concerns and give accurate answers
• Record details of non-Dubizzle customer contacts and actions taken
• Handle telesales for VAS products and services

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education
• Automotive, banking or sales support experience in the UAE
• Familiarity with the automotive industry
• Detail-oriented, self-disciplined, professional demeanour and telephone etiquette
• Excellent verbal communication in English and Arabic
• Ambitious, positive and committed attitude

Required skills

• Past experience using CRM software
• Strong automotive market knowledge
• Excellent data entry skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
