Sales Trainee - Motorcycle (IMC)

About the role

AMS Group is looking for a Sales Trainee - Motorcycle (IMC) in Dubai, within its Specialized Sports Equipment team. You will work on site in a showroom environment, helping to promote and sell motorcycles and motorcycle rental services. The role offers hands-on showroom and sales experience in a supportive and dynamic setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in selling brand new and used motorcycles (IMC)
• Support customer relationship management to build and maintain strong customer connections
• Help run marketing and promotion activities to engage customers
• Provide administrative support for sales operations and documentation
• Help organise test rides and showroom activities

Required profile

• Demonstrated interest in sales, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry
• Graduate or equivalent qualification; up to one year of experience or fresh graduates encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of motorcycles and openness to learning market trends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with customers and work in a team
• Self-motivated, committed to developing sales and customer service skills

Required skills

• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency and willingness to learn CRM systems and related tools
• Nice to have: additional sales or marketing qualifications, prior experience with motorbikes or rental services, and prior use of CRM platforms
