Salesforce Administrator – Dubai

About the role

Bahwan CyberTek is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join its Dubai team on a long‑term, full‑time basis. The role focuses on managing and enhancing Salesforce solutions that support core business operations, with a particular emphasis on Sales Cloud and automation using Flow Builder.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity and system performance.
• Develop, test, and deploy Flow Builder automations to streamline business processes.
• Support end‑users, troubleshoot issues, and provide training on Salesforce functionalities.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Monitor system usage, generate reports, and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on Salesforce Administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Proven experience building automations with Flow Builder.
• Immediate availability and current residence in the UAE.
• Willingness to work evening shifts.
• Experience in the real‑estate sector is a distinct advantage.
