About the role
The Salon Supervisor will lead daily operations of our Fujairah salon, ensuring a smooth workflow and high standards of service. You will motivate the team, drive sales, and build lasting relationships with clients.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all salon activities, including opening, closing, and inventory management.
- Lead, coach and schedule salon staff to meet sales and service targets.
- Maintain accurate client appointment records, follow‑ups and database.
- Promote salon services, upsell products and support client retention initiatives.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to guarantee satisfaction.
Required profile
- 4‑5 years of experience in salon supervision or management.
- Proven ability to achieve sales and service goals.
- Existing client network and strong relationship‑building skills.
- Fluent English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
