Secondary ICT Teacher – Immediate Start

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Secondary ICT Teacher to join our multicultural team at the International School of Creative Science in Sharjah. The role involves delivering high‑quality computing lessons aligned with the UK National Curriculum and fostering a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop schemes of work and lesson plans that meet curriculum objectives and promote critical thinking.
• Facilitate learning by building strong relationships with pupils and organising classroom resources.
• Assess student progress, record outcomes and prepare learners for examinations.
• Use data analysis to monitor achievement and differentiate instruction for diverse abilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum two years of teaching experience in ICT or Computing, following the UK National Curriculum.
• UK teaching qualification such as PGCE or QTS.
• Current knowledge of safeguarding practices and data disaggregation techniques.
• Proven record of improving student outcomes through high‑quality instruction.
