Security Officer (Hotel)

About the role

The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment throughout the hotel premises. You will work closely with the Safety & Security Manager to protect guests, staff, and property while ensuring compliance with all hotel and Accor policies.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce all security policies, procedures, rules, and regulations of the hotel and Accor.
• Monitor and protect guests, employees, and their belongings at all times.
• Patrol assigned areas, respond to incidents, and maintain order with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate incident logs and report significant events.
• Manage lost‑and‑found items using the Security Management System and coordinate with housekeeping.
• Provide first‑aid assistance and act as the point of contact for emergency situations.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of proven experience as a security officer.
• Knowledge of legal guidelines for public safety and area security.
• Ability to write clear, concise reports.
• First Aid/BLS certification and basic self‑defence training.
