Senior Account Manager – Healthcare

About the role

Justlife, the leading super‑app for home services in the UAE and KSA, is expanding its healthcare‑at‑home vertical across the GCC. As a Senior Account Manager – Healthcare you will own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, building new B2B channels and partnerships that bring trusted care into people’s homes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and close new corporate, affiliate and wellness partnerships across the GCC.
• Build trusted, long‑term relationships with decision‑makers and position Justlife’s healthcare offering as the partner of choice.
• Negotiate and structure commercial agreements that maximise revenue while safeguarding service quality.
• Provide market insights to shape the growth strategy of the healthcare vertical.
• Report pipeline, partnership growth and market trends to senior management.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of B2B sales, partnerships or business development experience with a proven record of closing deals.
• Healthcare background or strong familiarity with regulated, trust‑critical environments.
• Commercially driven, data‑oriented and comfortable turning metrics into decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

Required skills

• Strong negotiation and commercial agreement structuring.
• Ability to build and maintain high‑trust relationships with corporate and wellness partners.
• Data‑driven mindset for pipeline and revenue analysis.
• Comfort with AI and automation tools to accelerate sales processes.
