Senior Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to lead our accounting operations in Dubai. The role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting the company’s financial health through strategic insights.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely accounting entries, including daily updates of Mollak receipts and proper allocation of collections.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and resolve them promptly.
• Manage and reconcile the Chiller Account, handling receipts, payments, and outstanding balances.
• Lead and coordinate audit processes for all projects, covering interim, final, and budget audits.
• Oversee supplier payments in line with RERA guidelines and process payments through the designated escrow account.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision‑making and strategic planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with strong financial management background.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and independent work capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Mollak accounting system.
• Experience using ANACITY software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
