Senior Accountant

About the role

The Senior Accountant will lead day‑to‑day accounting operations for iFly Tourism in Dubai, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with UAE regulations. This full‑time, on‑site position supports strategic decision‑making through robust reporting and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger, process accounts payable and receivable, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Prepare month‑end and year‑end closing entries, financial statements, management reports, and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Monitor budgets, conduct variance analysis, and support internal and external audits.
• Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen financial controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA, ACCA or CMA preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills with high integrity.
• Experience in travel, tourism or hospitality accounting is a plus.
