Senior AI Architect

About the role

Accellor is seeking a Senior AI Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑grade AI, Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions. The role blends hands‑on engineering with strategic architectural leadership, requiring close interaction with clients, presales teams and delivery engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end architecture for AI, Generative AI and ML solutions that meet scalability, security and performance requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical blueprints, selecting appropriate technologies, integration patterns and deployment models.
• Architect solutions on Python and Microsoft Azure, covering model development, deployment, monitoring and governance.
• Provide technical leadership to data scientists, ML engineers, AI engineers and application development teams.
• Support use cases involving LLMs, RAG architectures, AI APIs and responsible AI practices.
• Participate in presales activities, create technical proposals, and deliver client workshops, demos and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Collaborate with product and delivery teams to move AI prototypes into production environments.
• Travel across the UAE to engage with client sites as needed.

Required profile

• 12+ years of overall technology or data experience, with 2–3 years focused on AI or solution architecture.
• Strong background in Data Science, Machine Learning and AI engineering.
• Proven ability to engage senior enterprise stakeholders and present technical concepts clearly.
• Consulting or system‑integration experience is strongly preferred.
