Senior Analyst / Associate – M&A (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

Lazard, a leading global financial advisory and asset management firm, is expanding its presence in the Middle East with a new office in Abu Dhabi. We are looking for a Senior Analyst/Associate to join our team and deliver best‑in‑class M&A advisory services across the UAE and the region.

Key responsibilities

• Origination – prepare pitch materials and monitor investors and market dynamics.
• Execution – draft process documents, manage transaction processes, and build detailed financial models.
• Coverage – conduct in‑depth sector research and produce analytical papers on target companies.

Required profile

• Graduated from a top‑tier business or engineering school.
• Prior experience in Mergers & Acquisitions.
• Ability to produce and present technically written materials and client pitches.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to multitask across multiple projects.
• Regional or UAE experience is required.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with the Office Suite.
• Experience using investment‑banking tools such as Bloomberg, FactSet and Dealogic.
