Senior Anti-Bribery Specialist

About the role

The Senior Anti-Bribery Specialist supports and strengthens the organization’s anti‑bribery, anti‑corruption, compliance and ethics programmes. The role develops controls, conducts risk assessments and works with internal teams to ensure adherence to laws, regulations and policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain anti‑bribery and anti‑corruption policies, procedures and controls.
• Conduct anti‑bribery risk assessments, compliance reviews, audits and investigations.
• Support third‑party due diligence for suppliers, agents, partners and business associates.
• Provide guidance on gifts, hospitality, conflicts of interest and related compliance matters.
• Deliver anti‑bribery awareness training and communications.
• Monitor regulatory developments and prepare compliance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Compliance, Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management or related field.
• Significant experience in anti‑bribery, anti‑corruption, compliance, ethics or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of anti‑bribery laws, regulations, compliance frameworks and internal controls.
• Excellent analytical, investigative, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• High integrity, discretion, confidentiality and attention to detail.
