Senior Architect – High Rise Tower Project

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architect to join our technical team for a newly awarded high‑rise tower project in Dubai. The role involves overseeing architectural design, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that all deliverables meet project standards and site conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Review designs, drawings, specifications, BOQ and propose modifications to suit prevailing site conditions.
• Coordinate with subcontractors on technical queries, highlight discrepancies pre‑ and post‑tendering.
• Manage a team of structural and architectural draughtsmen for the preparation of shop drawings.
• Integrate MEP requirements into architectural solutions.
• Receive material indents from site, analyse requirements and submit for approval.
• Evaluate construction delivery systems and recommend cost‑effective plans.
• Oversee selection of contractors and consultants for specific project components.
• Prepare and review Method of Statements for consultant submission.
• Attend weekly progress meetings with client and consultant, resolving critical issues.
• Liaise with subcontractors, contractors, consultants and suppliers to obtain technical clearances.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of experience on high‑rise tower projects.
