Senior Associate - IFRS Advisory

About the role

BDO UAE is seeking a Senior Associate to join its IFRS Advisory team. You will support clients across various industries in adopting and complying with IFRS standards, while delivering high‑quality advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in providing accounting advisory services and support the preparation and review of financial statements in line with IFRS.
• Conduct technical accounting research, analysis and draft detailed reports and presentations for clients.
• Support clients in IFRS conversion and adoption processes, ensuring alignment with local regulations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to manage projects and client engagements.
• Develop and deliver training sessions to clients or internal teams.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in an accounting advisory role.
• International accounting qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
• Fluent English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and research skills.
