Senior BIM Modeler - Fit-Out Manufacturing

About the role

The Senior BIM Modeler will develop, coordinate, and manage detailed BIM models and shop drawings for interior fit‑out and joinery manufacturing projects. This role ensures models meet design specifications, manufacturing standards, and support seamless collaboration across design, engineering, production, and site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for interior fit‑out elements such as cabinetry, wall panels, doors, ceilings, and partitions.
• Prepare accurate shop, fabrication, assembly, and installation drawings based on approved designs and project specifications.
• Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to resolve clashes and design discrepancies.
• Update models and drawings in line with design revisions and conduct quality checks before release.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• 5–8 years of BIM modeling experience, preferably in interior fit‑out, joinery, or manufacturing projects, with UAE/GCC experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and capacity to meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with Navisworks for model coordination and clash detection.
