Senior Business Development Officer

About the role

You will drive the growth of a premium luxury brand’s automated retail channel in the UAE, securing high‑end locations and managing partnerships to ensure each smart retail unit reflects the brand’s premium standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify premium, high‑traffic locations for smart retail unit placements such as luxury malls, airports, hotels and private hospitals.
• Run ROI and feasibility analysis on proposed placements and build a pipeline of new automated retail opportunities.
• Engage landlords, site owners and facility management teams to secure placement agreements and negotiate commercial terms.
• Act as the main point of contact for site partners, coordinating with Expansion Planning and Operations to launch new locations on time.
• Monitor revenue and performance of smart retail units at partner locations, reporting on ROI and partnership status.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Leasing, Partnerships or Retail Expansion.
• Experience in luxury retail, automated retail, vending or kiosk models is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills with the presence to represent a premium brand.
• Comfortable working with financial data and ROI tracking; a network of UAE landlords, mall operators or facility managers is a plus.
