Senior Change Manager, Delivery Service Partner

About the role

The Senior Change Manager (SCM) orchestrates transformation across Amazon’s delivery network, guiding large‑scale projects that affect Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) and Delivery Associates. Acting as an individual contributor, the SCM designs, implements and safeguards change from the initial request through post‑implementation, ensuring smooth, purposeful transitions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize conflicting project priorities to enable seamless deployment and communication.
• Develop “working backwards” plans, gather diverse stakeholder input, and translate it into clear outcomes.
• Identify potential roadblocks early, create mitigation strategies, and, when necessary, halt projects that threaten operational stability.
• Balance innovation with the day‑to‑day stability of Amazon Logistics, Amazon XL, Same Day, Sub‑Same Day, A‑Now and A‑Rush operations.
• Act as a guardian of DSP and Delivery Associate experiences, advocating for sustainable pace and Day 1 culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex, cross‑functional change initiatives.
• Proven ability to navigate large stakeholder groups and resolve escalations.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
