Senior Clinical Research Account Partner – Remote

About the role

This remote senior position focuses on driving growth across clinical research sites in Europe. You will build executive relationships, develop strategic account plans, and influence the adoption of innovative site‑solutions that accelerate therapy delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities across European accounts.
• Lead complex, multi‑country sales cycles from qualification to close.
• Drive new customer acquisition and ensure seamless hand‑off to Services and Customer Success teams.
• Build strong relationships with decision‑makers at leading research sites and site networks.
• Serve as a strategic advisor, aligning solutions to operational challenges and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Strategy and Product teams to share market insights and influence product roadmap.
• Represent European site needs in internal planning and go‑to‑market discussions.

Required profile

• 8+ years of enterprise or complex sales experience within clinical research, life‑sciences technology, or healthcare SaaS.
• Direct experience working with clinical research sites or selling technology/services to sites.
• Strong knowledge of the European clinical research market and regional differences.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets on complex, multi‑stakeholder deals.
• Demonstrated success in consultative, value‑based selling to executive‑level stakeholders.
