Senior Commercial Associate – Affiliate Partnerships

About the role

instashop, the leading online local marketplace in the UAE and Egypt, is looking for a Senior Commercial Associate to expand its affiliate network and drive growth across the region. You will work closely with Commercial Managers to identify, acquire, and nurture relationships with partner shops, ensuring a competitive and diverse marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Support Commercial Managers in building and managing a network of partner shops and key accounts across multiple regions.
• Develop and maintain a target list of shops and contacts to maximize outreach and new partnerships.
• Negotiate contracts with new affiliate shops, oversee onboarding, and coordinate cross‑functional collaboration.
• Identify marketplace gaps, create actionable plans with timelines, and drive initiatives to strengthen shop relationships.
• Monitor operational metrics, provide insights, and work with internal teams to optimise performance.
• Own end‑to‑end account management, reporting, and communication with line managers.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Implement promotional campaigns across the shop portfolio and provide feedback to improve customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales or a similar commercial role.
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent analytical abilities.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM tools.
