Senior Communications & Content Specialist (Dubai)

About the role

Siemens Middle East is looking for a Senior Communications & Content Specialist to join its Marketing and Communications team in Dubai. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Communications, you will shape the regional narrative, work closely with digital, business marketing and country communications teams, and translate complex technical topics into engaging stories for senior audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality original content in English and Arabic across formats such as articles, op‑eds, press releases, case studies, newsletters, social media posts and internal communications.
• Develop multimedia briefs, video scripts and visual specifications in partnership with the digital team.
• Provide executive communications support, including briefing packs, key messages, talking points, Q&A, speeches and presentation decks.
• Prepare media materials, coordinate interview logistics and support media engagement.
• Manage content workflows, ensure alignment with the regional editorial calendar and uphold Siemens’ editorial guidelines.
• Optimize content for digital platforms (website, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, YouTube) applying SEO/AEO principles and monitor performance metrics.
• Collaborate with business communications colleagues to source stories, customer references and technical expertise.
• Support event communications from pre‑event promotion to on‑site content capture and post‑event reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate communications, content creation or marketing, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with strong writing and editing skills in both languages.
• Proven ability to translate technical information into clear, compelling narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects against tight deadlines.
