About the role
KBR is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Supervisor (E&I) for an offshore PMC project. The position operates on a 6‑week on / 3‑week off rotation at the offshore site, overseeing electrical and instrumentation construction activities.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate E&I construction and fabrication activities at the yard, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Enforce strict adherence to HSE policies and promote a strong safety culture across all activities.
- Ensure all construction activities meet project quality and compliance requirements.
Required profile
- Diploma in Engineering (minimum requirement).
- 12‑15 years of proven experience in Construction – E&I within the oil & gas industry.
- Mandatory offshore experience.
Required skills
- Electrical & Instrumentation construction supervision.
- Offshore construction management.
- HSE compliance and safety culture promotion.
- Quality assurance and project compliance.
