About the role

Oliver Wyman, a global management consulting firm, is recruiting Senior Consultants for its offices in Dubai, Riyadh and Doha. Senior Consultants frame hypotheses, initiate research and shape the problems they work on, developing specialized expertise that others seek out. They work alongside colleagues of all levels and clients worldwide to solve complex problems and drive meaningful change.

Key responsibilities

• Frame hypotheses and initiate research to find the right answers
• Analyze data through research to gain insights, assess problems and structure solutions
• Work on projects across all industries and capabilities, with the option to specialize early
• Receive guidance and coaching from colleagues, including a career adviser and a talent manager

Required profile

• Degree from a top academic program
• At least 3-4 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or similar organization
• Proficiency in Arabic and English
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willingness to travel
• Exposure to governmental or public sector institutions is a plus; specific industry experience is not required
