About the role
Oliver Wyman is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Government and Public Institutions practice across the Middle East. The role involves leading research, shaping problem statements and delivering strategic solutions for public‑sector clients in Dubai, Riyadh and Doha.
Key responsibilities
- Frame hypotheses, initiate and lead research to uncover insights for complex public‑sector challenges.
- Structure problems, develop solutions and drive implementation across a variety of industries and capabilities.
- Collaborate with colleagues at all levels and with senior client stakeholders to deliver impactful change.
- Specialise early in government or public‑institution domains while receiving coaching and career guidance.
Required profile
- Degree from a top academic program.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- 3‑4 years of relevant experience, preferably from a top‑tier strategy consulting firm.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, curiosity and a proactive attitude.
- Exposure to governmental or public‑sector institutions is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across the region.
