Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist to lead process optimisation across our construction projects. The role focuses on analysing workflows, developing improvement strategies and driving measurable performance gains.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain continuous improvement frameworks, applying Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and value‑stream mapping.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of business processes, map current‑state and future‑state workflows, and identify bottlenecks.
• Facilitate cross‑functional workshops, define KPIs, and create performance dashboards to track progress.
• Perform root‑cause analysis (5 Whys, fishbone, FMEA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with project, engineering, procurement, finance, HSE and IT teams to embed improvements into policies and systems.

Required profile

• Mid‑level to senior experience in continuous improvement within construction or related industries.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives.
• Excellent communication and change‑management skills to influence cross‑functional teams.
