About the role
The Senior Data & Systems Analyst in the IT Department leads the analysis, management, and optimisation of data systems to support decision‑making and operational efficiency across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather business requirements and design data solutions.
- Design, implement and maintain data systems, including ETL processes, data models, dashboards and reports.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, governance and security while supporting scalability and performance.
- Communicate complex findings clearly to stakeholders and stay current with emerging data technologies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field (master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, systems analysis or a similar role.
- Proven ability to lead projects from conception to implementation and work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
Required skills
- SQL
- Python or R
- Data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- ETL techniques and data modelling concepts
