Senior Digital Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing professional to lead our paid‑media and SEO initiatives for DrBalcony, a fast‑growing inspection platform based in Dubai. The role will own multi‑channel campaigns, optimise performance and drive high‑quality leads for our services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise paid‑media campaigns across Meta, Google, Bing and LinkedIn, including audience building, CBO/ABO structuring, Advantage+ and smart‑bidding strategies.
• Implement conversion tracking using GTM, GA4 with server‑side tagging and ensure pixel and CAPI integrations are error‑free.
• Conduct technical and content SEO audits, improve crawlability, Core Web Vitals, schema markup and manage local GMB listings for multiple service areas.
• Develop backlink outreach programmes and translate keyword clustering and content‑gap analysis into actionable content calendars.
• Write direct‑response ad copy, create static and short‑form video assets and oversee creative testing frameworks.
• Monitor live accounts, diagnose issues quickly and provide data‑driven recommendations using Search Console, Ahrefs or Semrush.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record in both paid‑media and SEO.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn raw data into strategic actions.
• Excellent communication skills and capacity to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Meta Ads Manager (CBO, ABO, Advantage+, custom/lookalike audiences, CAPI, pixel).
• Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, Demand Gen, smart bidding, GTM, GA4).
• Bing Ads and Microsoft Ads platform knowledge.
• LinkedIn Ads (B2B targeting, Lead Gen Forms, Sponsored InMail, CRM uploads).
• Technical SEO tools: Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, schema markup, Core Web Vitals.
• Local SEO & GMB optimisation.
• Backlink outreach and content‑gap analysis.
• Ad copywriting and short‑form video creative production.
