Senior Engineer, Instrument & Control

About the role

ADNOC is seeking a Senior Engineer to provide technical expertise in Instrument and Control Engineering. The role involves coordinating with technical departments, business units, operations, and external consultants to ensure high‑quality design execution and engineering integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare scopes of work for external consultants and EPC contractors and review their design studies for compliance with technical requirements.
• Review and approve drawings, specifications, and technical documents related to instrumentation and control design.
• Perform calculations for design validation and optimisation, applying state‑of‑the‑art technology for cost‑effective solutions.
• Update engineering procedures, standards, technical specifications, design philosophies and guidelines.
• Provide technical assistance, liaison and problem‑solving support across disciplines and manage interface requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electronics or Control Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in instrumentation, electronics or control engineering.
