Senior Engineer - Roads And Highways

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer to join our Roads & Highways team operating in Dubai and Sharjah. The position will involve leading the technical design and delivery of road and highway packages for large‑scale infrastructure and land‑development projects across the Emirate.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed design solutions for roads and highways, ensuring compliance with local authority standards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to integrate civil, structural, and utility designs.
• Manage the delivery of design packages from concept through construction documentation.
• Review and incorporate government authority requirements into project specifications.
• Support project execution by providing technical guidance and resolving design issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior engineer in road and highway design.
• Strong hands‑on design background on large‑scale infrastructure or land‑development projects.
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE government authority regulations for transportation projects.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple engineering disciplines.
• Willingness to work on projects based in Dubai/Sharjah.
