Senior Executive - Seller Support

About the role

A Senior Executive - Seller Support is needed in the United Arab Emirates to act as the main technical and operational liaison for e-commerce sellers. The role covers onboarding, troubleshooting Seller Central issues, monitoring performance metrics and ensuring a smooth seller experience, working with cross-functional teams to improve seller satisfaction and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for sellers using Seller Central
• Manage end-to-end seller onboarding and training
• Monitor seller performance metrics and generate regular reports
• Coordinate with brand, operations and product teams to resolve escalated issues
• Implement process improvements to make seller operations more efficient
• Communicate policy updates and best practices to sellers
• Act as a subject-matter expert on e-commerce workflows and marketplace tools
• Facilitate team coordination and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Resolve complex seller issues through root cause analysis
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and marketplace standards

Required profile

• 4-6 years of seller support or e-commerce operations experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, customer-centric and knowledgeable about brand compliance
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or a related field; experience with major UAE e-commerce marketplaces; familiarity with analytics tools or SQL; certification such as PMP; fluency in Arabic; prior experience with process automation or integration tools
