Senior Executive – Vendor Management

About the role

Apparel LLC is seeking a Senior Executive to lead vendor management within its Beauty category. The role focuses on building strong supplier relationships, overseeing procurement processes, and ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Vendor Management – develop and maintain relationships with beauty vendors, monitor performance, and resolve supply issues.
• PR/PO Processing & Procurement Coordination – raise and manage purchase requisitions and orders, track fulfillment, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Stakeholder Liaison & Coordination – act as the primary contact between the Beauty team, finance, logistics and merchandising to align timelines and communicate risks.
• Reporting & Process Improvement – produce procurement reports, track key metrics and recommend workflow enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Retail Management or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in procurement, vendor management or operations within a retail or beauty environment.
