Senior Export Sales Manager (FMCG)

About the role

Black Pearl Consult is looking for a highly driven Senior Export Sales Manager with a strong background in international FMCG or food manufacturing export sales. The role covers expanding market presence, managing key distributor relationships and developing growth strategies across assigned regions while ensuring profitability and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute export sales strategies for Europe, USA, GCC and Levant
• Manage distributor relationships and build new partnerships in target markets
• Achieve revenue, volume and market share growth targets
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Work closely with internal teams including marketing, supply chain and finance
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and product registration requirements

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (business, marketing or similar preferred)
• Strong export sales experience in food manufacturing / FMCG
• Proven success managing distributors across international markets
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills
• Ability to travel when required
