About the role
We are looking for a Senior Freight Forwarding Operations & Customs Executive who is fluent in Arabic to join our Dubai team. The role involves managing import, export, transit and re‑export declarations and ensuring smooth customs clearance.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and process Bill of Entry (BOE) for all shipments.
- Handle LCL shipments and coordinate with shipping lines, NVOCCs, CFS facilities and transporters.
- Manage customs procedures at Jebel Ali Port and Dubai Customs, including HS code classification and duty calculations.
- Utilise Dubai Trade / Mirsal 2 system for filing and tracking declarations.
Required profile
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE freight‑forwarding experience.
- Fluent Arabic and strong English communication skills.
- Hands‑on knowledge of Dubai Trade / Mirsal 2 and Jebel Ali Port procedures.
